Refunds will be processed after verifying the product’s condition.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

✔ You receive a product different from what you ordered.

In such cases, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health reasons, the following cannot be returned:

❌ Items without original packaging.
❌ Clearance or promotional sale items.

4. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
✔ Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
✔ Provide clear images/videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

5. Refunds

✔ Refunds will be processed only for eligible cases, including the 100% refund within 7 days for unopened products.
✔ Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
✔ Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Replacement Policy

✔ Approved returns will be replaced at no extra cost.
✔ Replacement is subject to stock availability; if unavailable, a refund will be issued.

7. Discreet Packaging

All returns and replacements are handled in discreet packaging to protect your privacy.

8. Cancellations

✔ Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped.
✔ Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
